| TITLE : FACE THE PRESS: A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO PRESS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS FOR THE SMALLER ORGANISATION. |
Foreword
One of the major tasks which confronts all businesses, large and small, is to ensure that the potential customer market is made aware of a company's products and services. Unfortunately, very many executives in business today have limited knowledge of how to ublicise and advertise their companies and services. Yet a great deal can be achieved with only a little forethought and basic planning, together with the right contacts.
I believe there has long been a need for a practical handbook for businessmen to guide them through the criteria necessary to deal with the media.
It is a great pleasure, therefore, to welcome this guide which James Hodge has so ably written and covers all the main requirements.
We have seen many books produced in recent years helpful to running a business. This book tells us how to impress the press and improve a company's public relations image.
